Before you return a Mystique Madhura product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

We expect you should not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

In spite of these variables, at Mystique Madhura we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

Return is possible when:

You get in touch within seven days of purchasing your item. Certain products are clearly designated as ‘No Return products’ and they will not be accepted unless there is a tear or clear damage during the parceling.
The mystique madhura.com must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick or a return procedure that is acceptable.
The decision of the mystiquemadhura Online team is final in matters of return. However, rest assured, we are committed to having happy customers and will do everything we can to make shopping with us a satisfying experience.

Refund procedure:

We will refund when

a) The inventory for the product you have paid for is unavailable and you have already paid for it
b) When we have accepted your request for return of a product

The refund will be processed within 10days of our receiving the returned good, however, we cannot guarantee how long your bank will take for the amount to show in your account. In the unlikely event of it taking long for your account to register the refund, we will send you the supporting documents.
