SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Mystique Madhura, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver  to almost all destinations within India.

1. Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.
2. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
3. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 10-12 business days to ship goods out of our STOCK across India. if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

All of Mystique Madhura orders are shipped  from our stock across India to your provided shipping address.. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much charges will be levied in case of bulk order. In the case where additional charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
